We are seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor, with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join the successful property team at a fabulous regional firm, offering planned routes of progression and fantastic staff retention.
Your main responsibilities will be to run a full caseload that will include:
- Sales and Purchase
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Bank Funding
Ideally, you will take part in some Business Development activities to increase the presence of the team across the NW.
