About the Role:
As a Deputy Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our prestigious site in Cheltenham. You will work closely with the Shift Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities, manage a team of engineers, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of engineers to achieve operational goals.
- Maintenance Management: Oversee both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on site performance and maintenance activities.
