- Location: Various Commercial Sites across London, (Van mobile)
- Salary: Β£42,000 + Overtime Opportunities
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM β 5 PM (Minimum of 2 weekends per month required for overtime)

Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, the role involves carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a variety of mechanical systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with client standards and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Diagnose faults, identify defects, and report findings with recommended solutions and estimated timescales.
- Respond to emergency call-outs and reactive works as directed by the helpdesk.
- Maintain accurate and concise records, including time sheets and maintenance reports.
- Ensure all works are carried out following health and safety guidelines, COSHH regulations, and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Skills & Experience Required:
β Strong background in mechanical building services maintenance.
β Proven experience with PPM and reactive maintenance regimes.
β Ability to diagnose and fault-find on control circuits.
β Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments.
β Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
Essential Requirements:
- Recognised qualification in mechanical services (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence (clean).
- Physically fit and able to lift tools and equipment (up to 20kg).
- Comfortable working at height and using access equipment.
- Flexible to work overtime (minimum 2 weekends per month) and participate in a call-out rota.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) trained.
- Knowledge of working across multiple disciplines.
