RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Store Manager in leading all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution and excellence in customer experience.
• Take ownership as an Assistant Store Manager by coaching and motivating a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a premium and personalised shopping experience.
• Uphold impeccable store presentation and implement commercial strategies to drive performance and maximize sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a premium or luxury retail setting.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, essential for an Assistant Store Manager.
