As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Leicester, you will receive:

• £25,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

How you will make an impact as a Property Manager:

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Coordinating maintenance and repair with contractors
• Handling deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventory reports
