An opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruitment consultant to join this expanding, professional recruitment business. Operating within the professional permanent space, they are a growing team and are looking to employ the best hiring talent available.

You will join a target driven, dynamic and motivated team and will be responsible for developing your designated area in the Engineering division. They are looking for a professional who can offer the best possible experience to both applicants and clients.

Role & Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering recruitment solutions to a high standard.
  • Forming and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients to ensure they are their recruitment partner of choice.
  • Strategically converting new business and maximising every available opportunity.
  • Developing and building long-term relationships with candidates & clients based on trust and delivery.

You will:

  • Demonstrate excellent experience in developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships.
  • Have previous Recruitment Industry sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and will be looking for a long-term career move.
  • Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. This is essential, as is a confident personality.
