Role Overview

Assist and Learn: Work with a qualified Panel Beater to learn best practices in panel preparation and panel beating.

Skills Development: Continuously enhance skills and seek opportunities for improvement.

Training: Attend required internal and external training courses and commit to regular college attendance.

Work Environment: Ensure a clean, safe working environment and maintain a thorough understanding of products and techniques.

Health and Safety: Prioritise personal and others' health and safety, adhere to health and safety policies, and use protective equipment as required.
