Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Immigration Solicitor with 5 - 8 years + PQE to join a well-established team advising on a wide range of corporate and business immigration matters. The role offers scope for progression including partnership. You will have substantial business development experience along with some client following to expand on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising businesses on sponsor licence applications and compliance
- Managing Skilled Worker and Global Mobility visa applications
- Handling complex matters relating to business visitors, right to work, and audits
- Working closely with corporate clients on international workforce mobility
- Keeping up to date with changes in immigration law and policy
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 5–8+ years PQE in Corporate Immigration law
- Experience advising corporate clients on sponsor licence and visa applications
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and Home Office processes
