The Role

This is a prime opportunity for Corporate Associate to join the thriving practice. You\’ll play a key role in advising on complex, high-stakes issues while contributing to the department\’s continued growth.

Managing a mixed caseload of M&A, Private Equity, Shareholder Agreements and other related Corporate matters. The firm are well known for their big ticket transactions and as such, they house not just the best quality level of work, but also many prominent leaders in the corporate space

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of PQE as a qualified Solicitor
