Are you a qualified accountant ready to step into a leadership role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and growing Shared Service Centre as a Senior Management Accountant, following an internal promotion.
You’ll lead a small, dedicated team and play a key role in shaping a finance function that is relocating to Nottinghamshire.
What’s in it for you?
- Lead and support a team of five across two UK locations
- Own and deliver accurate, timely management accounts
- Standardise processes and drive continuous improvement across reporting and systems
- Collaborate with divisional finance teams and contribute to group-level reporting
- Be involved in cross-functional projects across the wider Shared Service Centre
- Occasional travel (1–2 times per month initially) during the transition period, reducing over time
What we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in management accounting
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across departments
