Lewisham Council are looking for a Telecare Installer to join their Adult’s Services.
Responsibilities:
- Working to a schedule of daily visits within the Lewisham borough to remove the existing analogue telecare device and install and test a new digital smart device.
- Work flexibly to exchange an analogue telecare device to a digital device in a domestic setting.
- Keep accurate records of installations and information received at the visit.
Requirements:
- Experience of customer service to vulnerable people and have an aptitude for technology.
- Ability to learn quickly and have a basic understanding of the telecare service.
- Access to your own vehicle and a clean driving license.
