Harris Hill is delighted to be working with Mind Over Mountains to recruit its new Chief Executive Officer. Mind Over Mountains is an ambitious and innovative mental health charity that enables people to thrive through therapeutic outdoor experiences. We enable people to restore and sustain their mental health and wellbeing through a highly integrated practice that brings together walking in nature, mindfulness, and professional coaching and counselling.

As Chief Executive, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the charity, working with the core team and board of trustees.
  • Bring commercial and fundraising leadership, including the development of new commercial partnerships and continuing the development of the charity’s fundraising function.
  • Develop and maintain the charity’s national and regional partnerships.
  • Have accountability for the charity’s financial position.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion as integral to our work and values.

Salary: £75,000 FTE

Location: Home working with travel

Employment term: Permanent / flexible - 4 or 5 days per week
