Recruitment Consultant

Established for over 13 years and due to continued growth, we are looking to add to our team. We are looking to recruit a 360 Recruitment Consultant, to work closely with the current team to accomplish business objectives. A background within fenestration or Construction would be beneficial but not essential. As a Consultant your role will involve: * Sourcing candidates through networking, advertisements, and headhunting * Evaluating candidates and providing clients CVs within a timely manner. * Maintaining communication at all stages with both candidates and clients. * Networking and maintaining relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities. * Maintaining records and updating notes within the in-house CRM system * Represent Chase Taylor at industry events and exhibitions. This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit an ambitious and motivated individual looking to progress their career in Recruitment. This is an office-based role in Cannock within easy access to the motorway. On offer is a competitive salary coupled with an attractive, uncapped commission scheme.
