We are looking for a Land Rights Manager who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.
As the Land Rights Manager your key responsibilities are:
- Lead the Land Rights team, with overall responsibility for all aspects of the team's performance, development and wellbeing.
- Lead/oversee the ongoing development of land rights processes and systems, ensuring changes are successfully embedded within the team and with stakeholders, and that they continue to support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manage the Land Rights service and company processes to secure land rights within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure the interface between the company and all external parties in the land rights process (including solicitors, Developers, Developers solicitors, Third Party solicitors and Wayleave Officers) for all utilities is operating efficiently.
About you:
- Significant experience in a similar or transferable field of work.
- An effective leader, with excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and/or successfully implement new and innovative processes beneficial to the company.
- Strategic thinker in relation to problem solving, change and stakeholder management.
- Highly organised and able to lead and prioritise workloads under pressure.
