The Position: Due to growth, we have an opening for a career minded Chartered Building Surveyor to join an established small team providing professional services; Acquisition and Technical Due Diligence reports for Hotels, Care homes, Whitecoat businesses, and other commercial properties across the country. Our core survey works is supplemented by Bank Monitoring, Dilapidations, and Life Cycle Costing & Maintenance scheduling. Small project, Project Management and Administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquisition surveys commercial; hotels, estates, care homes, commercial.
- Bank development monitoring
- Maintenance scheduling
- Refurbishment design, CA and PM.
- Effectively manage tasks by prioritizing them to ensure completion within deadlines.
- Assist in developing both new and repeat business opportunities.
