Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Create content that grabs attention, whether it’s emails, newsletters, or updates on our intranet, colleague app or social media channels.
- Brainstorm new ideas to keep internal communications fresh, engaging, and relevant to our colleagues.
- Help coordinate and organise colleague events from monthly town hall meetings to celebration events.
- Collaborate with different teams across the business to gather news, stories, and updates.
- Manage and maintain our internal communications platforms, ensuring they’re user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Be a part of key projects to support and develop communications plans that ensure colleagues are connected to what is happening.
- Help us measure the impact of our communications, collecting feedback and coming up with ideas for improvement.
- Be a champion for our culture, encouraging colleagues to get involved and share their own stories.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications to continuously improve our ways of working.
