Our growing client in Cosham, a leader in their sector, are recruiting a Digital Marketing Performance Executive to join them on a permanent basis. In this exciting role, you will drive growth and maximise performance across a broad suite of direct-to-consumer digital channels. You will craft high-impact campaigns, leverage marketing automation, optimise conversions, and manage SEO and website performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Create & optimise performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Analyse & report on key metrics like CPC, CPA, and ROAS to make data-driven decisions.
  • Boost conversions through A/B testing, CRO strategies, and user journey enhancements.
  • Automate & nurture leads via email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Segment & target audiences to deliver personalised, high-converting campaigns.
  • Manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI across all platforms.
  • Enhance SEO & website performance by optimising content, tracking rankings, and ensuring best practices.

What we are looking for:

  • Digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, CRO, and automation.
  • Skilled in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in SEO platforms like Ahrefs and Semrush, and website management using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.
  • Data-driven, with a passion for experimentation, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
