Our client based in Cardiff is looking for a Coordinator/ Property Manager to join their growing Sales and Lettings team. This is an exciting role with varied responsibilities and tasks.
Main Role
- Support the property management team with all aspects of administration relating to our managed portfolio of properties.
- Arrange access and book appointments at properties for viewings, inventories, checkouts, and interim inspections.
- Help to prepare move-in packs for new occupation contracts and tenancies.
- Assist with property compliance by obtaining documents and certificates (such as gas safety or electrical safety certificates) and uploading them to the system.
- Deal with utility bills for our managed portfolio, transferring responsibility for bill payment as necessary.
- Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries regarding properties to let and sell.
- Chase contractors for invoices and upload to the system.
- Monitor the support email inbox, allocating issues to the relevant property manager to deal with.
- Assist with updating and maintaining the Rent Smart Wales register and internal filing system.
- Chase contractors for the return of our managed sets of keys.
