Our client, a global fashion brand, are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reward Manager to join their team. In this critical role, you will ensure that the compensation and benefits programs are running smoothly and aligned with the company’s objectives and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of compensation structures and data analysis. This is a hybrid full-time role, 3 days a week in their beautiful Central London offices.
The Role:
- Serve as the expert in compensation and benefits, advising and guiding the business.
- Oversee the communication and management of employee benefits, including health insurance, clothing allocations, service awards, cycle schemes, well-being platforms, and other offerings.
- Contribute to impactful projects on compensation and benefits, such as gender pay gap analysis and implementing EU directives.
- Manage the annual compensation process from start to finish, including budget planning, salary & bonus benchmarking, and the execution of salary decisions.
- Prepare and submit annual salary benchmarking reports.
- Manage relationships with survey vendors and ensure the company’s active participation in salary and variable compensation surveys.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on compensation and benefits to ensure competitive offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with a highly engaged team and work with stakeholders across multiple departments, including Retail, Finance, and Legal.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in a Reward Manager role.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Workday preferred and advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills.
- Expertise in program management, annual review processes, WTW Job Grading methodology, and benchmarking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while prioritising workloads.
