Key Requirements:
- Extensive UK-based experience in architectural practice
- Strong track record in residential projects (preferred)
- Confident using Vectorworks and Revit
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Role Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction stages
- Contribute to design development with detailed technical input
- Ensure documentation aligns with current standards and regulations
- Support a variety of residential and commercial projects
- Potential to take on project coordination and site responsibilities
