Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing company in Poole in recruiting for a Graduate E-Commerce Executive to join their team. Our client manufactures and sells a vast range of products and is often expanding their range. This Graduate E-Commerce Executive position would be perfect for someone who has just graduated with a degree in marketing or who has some previous marketing experience.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Graduate E-Commerce Executive:
- Delivery of day-to-day ecommerce activity:
- Website content changes/improvements
- Producing and Publishing institutional and rich informational content
- Product launches
- Re-merchandising of products and categories, including adding images
- Re-pricing
- Categorisation
- Fixing errors
- Algolia search term management
- Expediently and diligently address and resolve marketing tickets via JIRA.
- Building and sending market-leading email marketing campaigns and programmes which deliver on commercial objectives and are highly accurate.
- Supporting managers with the production of printed marketing materials.
- Monitoring of core advertising and website performance, reporting to trading managers as necessary.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis.
- Supporting in execution and sign-off of commercial trading activity.
- Supporting Trading Managers on monthly commercial reporting, KPIs and analysis as well as reporting back on the effectiveness of trading activity as required.
- Supporting business development where necessary on new website builds and additional commercial opportunities including new resellers, marketplaces, outlets, and Axent.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Marketing degree, CIM qualification or previous marketing experience
- A keen eye for detail
- Able to write clear and concise marketing material
- Able to analyse data effectively
- High level of IT proficiency
- Driving License
Salary & Benefits:
- £25,000 per annum
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
- 25 days holiday (including Christmas closure) rising with years of service, plus bank holidays
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm working hours
