A global infrastructure leader is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support their work-winning team on major civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality PQQ and tender submissions.

About the Role

The Bid Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Submissions and Bid Managers to ensure that all tender documentation is professionally prepared, formatted, and submitted on time. Responsibilities include managing the collation of bid-related information, supporting content development, proofreading, and producing high-quality submission documents. The role also involves administrative support, document control duties, and maintaining internal bid management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and submission of PQQs and tenders.
  • Coordinate bid documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Work with internal teams to develop responses, including references, case studies, and CVs.
  • Track bid progress, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Proofread and edit documents for clarity and consistency.
  • Support document management and knowledge-sharing within the organisation.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in bid coordination or submissions within the civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to produce graphics, flowcharts, and organisational charts to enhance bid submissions.
