An exciting opportunity has arisen in Uxbridge for an experienced Head of Marketing. The successful candidate will dynamically drive results across the marketing function. You will have a passion for quality data that generates a brilliant marketing pipeline.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic marketing leadership that is customer led and focused on customer journeys to support business growth objectives
- Prospect marketing acquisition and marketing for customer retention
- Oversee lead generation, qualification and nurture programmes to drive sales pipeline
- Multichannel Marketing positioning and brand awareness
- LMA marketing team
- Horizon scanning to stay up to date with sector trends, technology and competition
- Cross team collaboration with sales, product and other teams to ensure marketing teams are aligned

The successful Head of Business Growth will have the following related skills/experience:
- Senior leader with extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns
- Advanced subject matter knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience in delivering marketing messages through video, mobile platforms and social media
- Experience of managing and delivering to budget
- Proven leadership expertise demonstrating delivery of results with effective team building skills and conflict resolution management
- Highly organised and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
