A global food chain who are dominant within the hospitality world for their quick service tasty food is looking for a deputy restaurant manager. This business is known for being a warm and welcoming hub for customers and are continuously expanding across the globe.
As the deputy manager you will need to be familiar with working in service led environments whilst displaying the ability to deal with day-to-day operations effectively. You will be responsible for managing the whole site alongside the restaurant manager, ensuring that customers have a memorable dining experience to encourage repeat business.
The chosen candidate will ideally be familiar with working to KPI targets and be comfortable working with payroll/budgets as well as training staff and effectively managing rotas.
The role is paying a salary of up to £34,000.
