Our client is undergoing a major change initiative as they roll out a new, organisation-wide Customer Service Training Programme. They are seeking a Change Project Manager to ensure this transformation is successfully embedded across all business units.

The delivery of training will be led by a third-party vendor; your role will be to manage the change impact internally, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and ensure the business is ready, aligned, and set up to adopt the new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the internal rollout of the new customer service training programme, ensuring change is embedded effectively across teams and functions.
  • Work closely with the external training vendor to align delivery timelines with internal readiness.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and local managers to drive awareness, buy-in, and adoption.
  • Coordinate change and communication plans, ensuring messaging is consistent and tailored to the right audiences.
  • Track and report on change readiness, risks, and adoption progress.
  • Support the long-term sustainability of change by identifying business champions, creating supporting materials, and embedding best practices.
What we’re looking for:
  • Extensive experience in change management, preferably with a focus on training, people change, or behavioural transformation.
  • Experience working alongside third-party vendors or consultancies on delivery-led projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A confident communicator who can build trust and rapport across diverse teams.
  • Structured and proactive approach, with experience creating and executing change plans.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) is a plus.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-impact change project that will shape customer experience and employee capability across the business. If you’re a change-driven PM who thrives on people-focused transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
