We are currently partnering with a leading Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineering Consultancy in Manchester who are specialists in the design of iconic sports stadia and event venues.
The business is a 550+ headcount organisation with 15 offices globally. Due to a number of significant project wins, they are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join in their modern office in Central Manchester.
This role will be the operational lead in Manchester, implementing processes to improve project delivery and information management. You will also be required to monitor key metrics and liaise with engineers and PMs to identify improvements.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in refining and evolving internal processes with a particular focus on project controls, information management and operational efficiency.
- Support development and implementation of internal processes to improve project delivery and operational consistency.
- Assist with the creation, documentation and maintenance of SOPs.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentations, workflows and reporting structures are aligned with company standards.
- Support system and platform improvements related to document management, project planning and performance tracking.
