Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
- Qualify leads and manage the full sales process with prospective and existing clients
- Deliver hands-on product demonstrations at customer sites
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to meet customer needs
- Respond to technical enquiries and prepare detailed proposals and quotations
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Travel throughout the UK and EU, up to 50% of the time

We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Engineer who can hit the ground running. You should have:
- 5+ years experience in capital equipment sales
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- A confident, clear communicator both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills and a high level of organisation
- The ability to work independently and travel frequently across the UK and EU
- Experience in industrial materials-processing is desirable, and you must be comfortable working in a client-facing, hands-on role.
