Associate/Senior Associate – Professional Indemnity

We are flexible on location this role can be based out of our Manchester, Nottingham or Exeter office.

We are seeking a talented solicitor to join our Financial & Professional Risks (FPR) team. This Tier 1 ranked team is renowned nationally for its defendant professional negligence practice, serving a diverse range of clients including insurers, brokers, and other insurance sector clients.

What you will be doing:

You will have the opportunity to work on high-value and complex disputes within the Financial & Professional Risks sector. • Provide legal advice and representation to policyholders on contentious matters across various courts and redress schemes, particularly in sectors such as legal, financial services, property, technology, media, and business consultancy.
• Handle complex professional liability and insurance law issues, including litigation, compliance, and case strategy development.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution methods and contribute to the team’s marketing and business development efforts.
