Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? We are working with a well-established pharmaceutical company to recruit for a Nurse Educator. Hobson Prior is seeking a Nurse Educator for a 6-month contract. This role involves traveling to different regions in the UK to provide training and support for healthcare professionals and patients using continuous glucose monitoring systems. You will play a crucial role in educating and empowering individuals to manage diabetes effectively.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for healthcare workers and patients, both in-person and online.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and easy to understand.
  • Teach patients and caregivers how to use diabetes monitoring tools confidently.
  • Work with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes through education.
  • Provide expert advice and troubleshoot any issues with the monitoring system.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Keep accurate records of training sessions and feedback.
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (current or previous) with a strong interest in diabetes care.
  • Experience in teaching healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Good understanding of diabetes management and NHS processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information simply.
  • Comfortable using technology and digital learning tools.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
  • Full UK driving license.
