Our client has decades of expertise, working in the care and development of some of the best loved buildings in the UK. They provide a start to finish architectural service that integrates funding and planning advice, consultancy, building surveying, conservation and contemporary architecture. They now have a new opportunity within their Cambridge studio for a Senior Architect to join their team and contribute to prestigious and potentially career defining projects, working on iconic historic buildings.
The successful candidate will have:
- Provide Technical design leadership within a project team
- Excellent Technical and detailing skills for RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience working on a broad range of project sizes and values
- Be a proficient user of AutoCAD, Revit and NBS software
- Be well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
- Have excellent communication skills
- Contribute to the practice-wide Technical Leadership Group
