With over 165 restaurants, we are looking for a senior sous chef to join us on our continuous journey to nourish us all from bowl to soul.

The role:

  • As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests.
  • You will support in continuous coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and delivering amazing results.

  • Ensure an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish is prepared to exceptional standards.
  • Experienced in ensuring your kitchen’s food, health and safety standards are spotless.
  • Understand the financial performance of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control and labour costs.
  • Spot opportunities and proactively manage your kitchen.
