Temporary Team PA - 6 months

A leading international investment bank, is looking to take on several Temporary Team PA’s within their investment banking division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant/Team PA who enjoys a high paced support role with lots of moving parts.

The successful Team PA must have prior experience supporting within the investment banking division of a financial institution. The role will be covering approximately 7 individuals, made up of 4 seniors and 3 more junior members of staff.

\\n\\n

This will be a good fit for a Temporary Team Assistant who likes to juggle meetings, work across multiple diaries and thrives under pressure.

Duties will include:

• Diary management

\\n\\t

• Meeting scheduling

\\n\\t

• Travel booking

\\n\\t

• Document preparation

\\n\\t

• Arranging conference calls

\\n\\t

• Preparing presentations

\\n\\t

• Database management

\\n

\\n\\n

Our client offers a great package, 9am – 5pm working hours (flexibility required) and hybrid working after the first two months. This is a fabulous opportunity to work for a leading global business who really look after their support staff and offer a great working culture. The successful Team PA must be immediately available on an ongoing basis.
