Job Description

Our client, a Cyber Insurance scale up, is looking for a VP of Sales to lead the growth of their SaaS product across EMEA.

They have had a huge level of growth and funding over the past couple of years and are continuing to scale. This hire will be responsible for building out the team, initially in an IC capacity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage their performance in the UK and EU market.
  2. Responsible for achieving the International Sales plan, focused on growth expansion in 2025 and 2026.
  3. Manage brokerage performance and penetration on brokerage primary portfolio.
  4. Responsible for identifying targeted brokerage opportunities to leverage the solution capabilities.
  5. Work closely with the underwriting and distribution team to prioritize local language capabilities to maximize penetration for International.
  6. Build sales analysis for insight into weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution and strategies.
  7. Stay knowledgeable and up to date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in sales
  • Experience in Cyber security sales
  • Experience building out a region, specifically across EMEA
  • Passion for cyber risk management and a willingness to contribute to educating clients on how to mitigate their cyber risk.
  • Spanish or Italian language skills
