The Job
Our Head Hostess is hardworking, dedicated and strives to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP's high standards. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Hostess or in a senior host/hostess role.
- Train and lead a team of hosts/hostesses to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the reservation system and ensure optimal table management.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
- Must be able to fully communicate in English.
- Ability to work with Office 365.
- Living in London (flexible with commuting).
- You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
