As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, development, and performance of a team of advisors and mortgage progression specialists. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining key relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency, all while providing technical expertise, training, and mentorship to help advisors maximise their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the activity, productivity, and performance of mortgage advisors.
  • Set and monitor targets, ensuring teams consistently meet or exceed goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EA teams, compliance & lender contacts.
  • Lead monthly business reviews, team meetings, and 1-2-1 coaching sessions to track progress and drive engagement.
  • Identify training needs and deliver structured coaching to improve sales performance.
  • Conduct live observations of advisor interactions to fine-tune client engagement and sales techniques.
  • Act as a technical and sales escalation point, helping advisors navigate complex mortgage cases.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs, identifying performance gaps and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Provide regular progress reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations at board meetings, quarterly sales meetings, and strategy sessions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes, improve performance metrics, and drive operational efficiency.
