Nail Technician Cheltenham £21 – 25,000 per annum + Commission We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nail Technician to join our expanding private clinic in Guildford. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional nail care services and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide luxury nail treatments, including polishing, painting designs, and applying gel and acrylic nails. Maintain and enhance existing client relationships while actively contributing to attracting new customers to the clinic. Ensure the highest standards of service by: Painting and shaping fingernails and toenails. Cleaning, cutting, and shaping nails. Recommending colours and designs tailored to each client’s personal style. Removing polish and preparing nails for treatments. Maintaining a clean and organised beauty station, including sterilising equipment before use. Informing clients about additional services and special offers, such as loyalty discounts and other beauty treatments (e.g., eyebrow waxing). Requirements: Proven work experience as a Nail Technician or Manicurist. Expertise in both basic and advanced nail techniques, including French manicures, airbrushing, and gel manicures. Strong understanding of sanitation and sterilisation standards. Excellent customer service skills. NVQ or equivalent qualification in Nail Technology.
