Summary Fully remote. Candidates can live anywhere in the UK UK and Overseas travel are essential. The Business Development Manager role requires a pro-active candidate from a technical electrical / mechanical sales or engineering background with a degree or HND level of competence, ideally with the experience in the field of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference). Duties • Manage Orders/Sales Budgets set. • Generating high quality sales leads for the business. • Identify new business opportunities for standard and custom products and work with the team to convert the opportunity into Orders/Sales. • Key account management. • Working to KPI’s as set by the Sales manager. • Development of customer visits to Key accounts, agents, and distributors for new opportunities. • Ability to self-manage. • Work remotely and as a team member with internal and external Sales team. • Identifying potential opportunities for new business within other parts of the company. • Logging of new opportunities onto a CRM based system. • Updating of new and existing opportunities on a CRM based system. • General sales administration as required. • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. • Participate on beh…
