We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm in Sheffield for a Trainee Client Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a fully office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
About the Role:
As part of a collaborative team, you will support clients by producing reports, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with financial recommendations. You’ll work closely with the Investment Director, Business Manager, and Financial Advisers to ensure clients receive clear, compliant, and well-structured financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with report writing and administration to support financial advice.
- Attend meetings and collaborate with the wider team.
- Manage and implement a consistent report-writing process.
- Process new business and follow through to completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent client relationship management.
- Support the team with general office duties and administration.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
