I’m hiring a Formulation Technology Manager for a global leader in pharmaceutical and nutritional product development. This EMEA-wide role focuses on providing expert technical support for solid oral dosage forms, leading customer-focused formulation projects, and collaborating with global teams to drive innovation.
This is a customer facing role, working in collaboration with the marketing and business development departments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering scientific and technical support across the EMEA region
- Leading formulation development and lab-based problem solving
- Acting as a technical point of contact in customer meetings and presentations
- Mentoring internal colleagues and supporting training needs
- Collaborating across R&D, commercial, regulatory, and marketing teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or related field
- Proven experience in solid oral dosage formulation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Willingness to travel across Europe (approximately 30–40%), with a focus on Germany and Hungary
