We are delighted to continue collaborating with a stunning, award-winning gastro pub with rooms based just outside of Cirencester. They are looking for a creative and passionate Head Chef who will bring in fresh and exciting ideas while teaching and training the team. The establishment has a focus on fresh local produce and offers a relaxed dining experience, as well as a separate dining room for private events (up to 15 guests).

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef:

  • £40,000 per annum plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge
  • Paid overtime
  • Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Head Chef:

  • Creating a variety of delicious dishes from the gastropub's ever-changing seasonal menus
  • Making the most of the kitchen's access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade

The restaurant is pushing to be awarded rosettes for its culinary excellence. Therefore they are looking for a highly ambitious Head Chef with an innovative and forward-thinking mindset to take their restaurant to new heights.
