Estates Manager โ Hard FM
A leading NHS organisation is hiring an Estates Manager to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple healthcare sites in North London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external teams to ensure maintenance and compliance.
- Oversee statutory, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Resolve technical issues and support service improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in Hard FM, compliance, and contractor management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SFG20 standards, method statements, and CAFM systems.
- Driving licence and DBS check required.
