All Square Recruitment are recruiting Picker Packers to join a busy distribution team in Wickford. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for applicants who successfully pass a 3 month probationary period.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from stock based on picking lists.
- Ensure correct quantities and product codes are selected.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Work in a team to collectively achieve targets.
- Report to the Warehouse Supervisor with any product defects.
Experience required for the role:
- Previous experience in a warehouse picking and packing role.
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- Reliable, with excellent timekeeping & a positive attitude.
Shift Details:
Monday to Friday, Full time 8am till 5pm.
