This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in general fabric maintenance and a passion for delivering high standards of work in a commercial environment. You’ll be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, supporting the upkeep of a large blue-chip static office site. Key Responsibilities: General fabric maintenance including painting, minor carpentry, tiling, and decorating Touch-ups, hinge adjustments, blind installations/repairs, lock changes Minor furniture repairs and equipment assembly (e.g. chairs, desks) Office reconfigurations and furniture moves Floor tile (carpet/ceramic) and ceiling tile replacements Cleaning of ceiling grilles Supporting other engineers on-site as needed✅ Requirements: Relevant City & Guilds qualifications (e.g., Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting & Decorating) Proven experience in commercial building…
