If you're ready to take the next step in your digital construction career, we want to hear from you.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Implement and manage the BIM Execution Plan (aligned with EIR).\\n\\n * Monitor and review BIM models and drawings from subcontractors.\\n\\n * Produce clash detection reports and lead coordination meetings.\\n\\n * Support CDE management in line with ISO 19650.\\n\\n * Train teams on BIM software, focusing on coordination, costing, and programming.\\n\\n * Create Revit models and site logistics plans.\\n\\n * Manage COBie data for handover and lead BIM 360/Procore use on site.\\n\\n * Use Power BI for project dashboards and data visualisations.\\n\\nSkills & Experience\\n\\n * Proficient with Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD; experience with BIM 360, Solibri, Power BI a plus.\\n\\n * Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 protocols.\\n\\n * Experience on large residential or mixed-use builds.\\n\\n * Strong coordination skills across disciplines.\\n\\n * Background in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.\\n\\nWhat We Offer\\n\\n * Competitive salary & benefits.\\n\\n * Career development & training support.\\n\\n * Work on meaningful, community-driven projects.\\n\\n * Join a collaborative, innovative team.\\n\\nApply now to shape the future of construction through digital innovation.\\n\\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\\n\\nPay: £50,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
