Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.

Manage customer bookings efficiently for vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOTs while ensuring a smooth workflow in the Service Department.

Accurately relay vehicle progress updates to customers, ensuring excellent communication and transparency.

Upsell additional products, services, and repairs to customers where appropriate, contributing to departmental success.

Handle invoicing, payments, and administrative tasks related to vehicle servicing.

Work collaboratively with technicians and the wider service team to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Experience: Proven track record in a customer-facing front-of-house role, ideally as a Service Advisor, Receptionist, or Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.

Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills: Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads. Strong IT skills are essential.

Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Licensing: A full UK manual driving licence is required.
The Offer:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, with Saturdays on a 1-in-3 rota basis.

Salary: Competitive basic salary of up to £33,000 p.a., depending on experience.

Bonus: Uncapped bonus opportunities on upselling, offering an OTE of up to £44,000 p.a.
