Their portfolio at presents stands at over £500m of retail led and mixed use developments UK wide. Until recently focusing on investing in secondary/tertiary stock across the UK, redeveloping those assets and hold for long term rental.
Recently they have pivoted investing in much larger mixed use schemes two notable assets being 100,000+ sq ft developments in prime London locations.
Over the last 2 years they have acquired circa 20 assets alone totalling 2milion sq ft of Retail & mixed use space highlighting the ambitious nature of their growth. Coming into 2025 they continue to be highly acquisitive carrying a deal pipeline of 2million sq ft.
As a Commercial Property Manager you will play a hands on role managing an allocated portion of their portfolio. Key responsibilities,
- Negotiate leases, setting & reconciling service charge budgets.
- Supporting the strategic refurbishment & repositing of assets.
- Overseeing day-to-day management across a range of assets
Having placed 5 Surveyors in this team, being a problem solver with a creative mind is essential for this position. A minimum of 2 years Commercial Property Management experience is essential for this position.
They are looking to pay between £45,000 to £50,000 plus a car allowance, 6% pension & generous bonus scheme. Their office is based in the West End.
