🔍 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬:

✅ Debt Advisory Leadership: Oversee the full range of debt financing solutions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, and restructuring.

✅ Deal Execution: Structure, negotiate, and implement complex financing solutions, including syndicated loans, unitranche, and mezzanine financing.

✅ Market Development & Expansion: Establish and grow our Debt Advisory presence in London as part of our pan-European strategy.

✅ Client & Network Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, debt funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients.

✅ Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with our M&A and Equity Advisory teams to deliver integrated financing solutions.

✅ Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach Associates and Vice Presidents to further strengthen our top-tier Debt Advisory team.

🌟 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥:

🎯 Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, or a related field within a leading investment bank, private equity firm, or debt fund.

🎯 Transaction Expertise: Proven track record in structuring and negotiating international debt transactions.

🎯 Leadership: Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to grow a high-performing team.

🎯 Network: Established relationships with key debt financing institutions and market players.

🎯 Communication Skills: Fluent in English with a strong presence in high-level deal negotiations.

🎯 Dynamic Personality: Highly motivated, solution-driven, and passionate about innovative financing strategies.
