🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Leading and mentoring a team of design engineers, draughtsmen, and technical authors

✅ Managing design projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance

✅ Overseeing Autodesk Inventor/SolidWorks designs before manufacturing

✅ Collaborating cross-functionally on concept designs and technical solutions

✅ Enhancing design processes to boost efficiency

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)

🔹 5+ years in engineering or management

🔹 Expertise in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks

🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills

🔹 Experience designing special-purpose machinery or automated production equipment
