Senior Account Director (German-Speaking) | Retail & Private Label Expert | Branding, Packaging & Financial Leadership Note: The Company has a sponsorship license, and any visa requirements can be discussed at interview stage. As the Senior Account Director, you will oversee high-profile EU client accounts, managing relationships with ALDI SÜD and ALDI Nord. You will lead cross-functional teams, driving both creative and commercial strategies, ensuring successful branding and packaging design projects that align with client expectations and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead design-to-artwork process: Oversee the entire creative lifecycle, from concept to final production. Manage budgets & financial performance: Ensure cost-efficiency, profitability, and project success. Drive strategic growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships within the private label market. Develop brand guidelines: Oversee high-level implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Advise senior stakeholders: Act as the key strategic advisor, particularly focusing on the German retail and private label sectors. Skills & Experience: 15+ years in account management, with 8+ years at the director level, particularly in branding and packaging design. Proven expertise managing multi-million-pound accounts and leading strategic initiatives. Fluent in German and English, with strong knowledge of the German market and private label packaging. Financial acumen: Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and driving cost-efficiency. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
