Responsibilities Included
  • Actively support the selection, evaluation, acquisition, and management of office space in compliance with company policy.
  • Develop and maintain a diary for forthcoming lease events, ensuring timely actions are planned.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and management of the Real Estate Investment Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and building regulations throughout all projects.
